First I suggest you find an artist that's comfortable working with your tattoo. A third option could be something a little darker or whimsical such as a hot air balloon with a parachute. Imagine this in bold color and just get creative and add something fantastical to it.
Lastly, you could reveal the skeleton below and opt for a classic black and grey tattoo.
