The
Temporary Tattoo Project helps raise funds for the Flying Kites Organization, which aims to provide exemplary childcare and a first-class education to the homeless and abused children living in Kenya through their Academy.
How did this philanthropic project happen?
Lauren Sauma and Robyn Fukumoto collaborated with tattoo artists and then paired them with six Kenyan orphans still in need of care, and the artists got inspired.
Their artwork is now available in a temporary tattoo that can be worn for both fashion and good cause.
The top tattoo artists include: Virginia Elwood, Honolulu's Steven Lam, Adam Suerte, Daniel Trocchio, Robert Bonhomme and Stephanie Tamez.
Their tattoo designs include a flying kite, a koi, a lion on a plane, a verse of strength, a horse, flower, and a roaring lion.
Current retail price is $5.50 up to $15.50 for each tattoo. There's also a set of all six available for $50.50. The designs can be purchased by visiting the Temporary Tattoo Project website here.
