A man who Twitter's under the name MileyCyrusCarl has adorned his body with over 15 tattoos ode to the pop sensation and he's confessed he's even planning more. Here's the lowdown on this tattooed fan: He has one bicep portrait of Miley, her name inked across his forearm and her signature across his hands. On his clavicle and other parts he has more Miley name tattoos (in case he forgets?) The sealer of the tattoo deal that I feel says it all is the word "OBSESSED" that's been tattooed across his arm. Obviously that seems to bear plenty of significance. If I were Miley, I might even consider changing my name. Thoughts?
